RETURNS

DirtWerkz will gladly exchange or refund any item within 15 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange the product for other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a new order on the site for what you'd like instead. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, restocking fees, damages if any and/or original shipping cost).

Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.
